Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On The Penis

Recently, I have notice several tiny black spots (the size of a pin-head) on the end of my penis (near the opening). One of them is tough, sllightly raised and tender. I thought this was a blackhead and tried to pop it. It was tender, and then I thought it was a blackhead. I tried to excise the black part and accidentally pierced it, and then it bled red for 1 to 3 min. I am in my 3rd day of an anti-biotic for a recent diagnosis of chlamydia. Are the spots related to the chlamydia and will they go away. Hal

Hi,

Since you are already on treatment for chlamydia, you would have already ruled out other STI infection.
If not you need to find the cause. The causes of black spots can be a fungal infection (if there is itching)/petechial/hemorrhages/mole/melanoma).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
