HI,
THANKS FOR USING HEALTHCARE MAGIC.
I COULD NOT MAKE ANY DEFINITE DIAGNOSIS WITH THE LIMITED DESCRIPTION YOU HAVE PROVIDED US. IT SEEMS THAT YOU ARE IN THE DEPRESSIVE PHASE OF YOUR ILLNESS ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURE.
NOTE: BIPOLAR DISORDER IS A CHRONIC EPISODIC ILLNESS AND HENCE IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE MOOD STABILIZERS SUCH AS LITHIUM, VALPROATE FOR LONG PERIODS. THESE DRUGS ACTS AS A STABILIZER (LIKE THE STABILIZER OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES) WHICH PREVENTS THE UP AND DOWN PHASE OF YOUR ILLNESS. SO CONSULT A PSYCHIATRIST AND START TREATMENT. DON'T MISS THE MEDICATIONS.
THANK YOU.

Psychiatrist Dr. Munish Aggarwal's  Response
I am not able to get the symptoms you have described. If you have a long history of bipolar disorder, then you need medications. Apart from medications you need to keep your life style more balanced, with regular sleep wake cycle, going for a walk or doing some kind of physical activity, and doing some kind of relaxation activity or yoga. These things will be helpful to you in addition to medications.
