My wife had miscarriage and abortion few months back. She is having bilateral pcos. The ultrasound says: Both overies are bulky with small atretic follicles and increased stromal echogenecity. Right 3.6 × 2.4 cm , left 4.0 ×2.6 cm. Minimal fluid noted in the POD. What should be the next procedure to follow? Our doctor had given medication for menstruation to occur and asked to wait for few days. Kindly advise.
