Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Maxillary

Moderate bilateral maxillery, ethmoid and frontal sinusitis. The hiatus of the ostiomeatal units are occluded. No air fluid is seen. Patchy opacification of the anterior and middle ethmoidal air cells.
What does all this mean??? I have had pain for around 10 years and its getting worse, so i went to a doctor who sent me to Radiolagy. Regards RJJ
