Suggest Treatment For Belly Button Pain After Accident

I was in a car accident 6 weeks ago. Immediately following the accident, I had a ache where the seat belt cut across my abdomen. Though no outward bruising, the doctor said it was normal. About once a day since the accident, I felt a stabbing pain just behind my belly button. During the past week, that pain has been felt more often and the aching is constant. Three days ago, I developed a little bulge in that area. Two days ago, I began to feel an aching feeling moving to the right side of my abdomen and also upwards from my belly button. Yesterday, I felt nauseous. The pain in the right side of my abdomen began to feel like a stabbing pain. I went to the ER where they performed a CT scan with oral contrast, blood work, and a urine test. I was given meds to relieve the nausea and pain medication so that I could drink the contrast liquid. Afterwards the doctor said the CT scan was normal, there was no infection present, and they released me. The nausea is gone, but I still have the same pains. What should I do next? Obviously something related to the accident is causing the pains. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
