Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis

Is there a home remedy I can try for treating Bacterial Vaginosis? I remember a doctor telling me to try douching with something (vinegar?), but I can t remember the details. I would like to try treating this on my own before going to a doctor and potentially having to get on Antibiotics.

Hello,

Bacterial Vaginosis commonly occurs due to multiple sexual partners, use of public toilets, PID. Get treated at the earliest as severe Bacterial Vaginosis may make you prone to Chlamydia, herpes, etc.

Use condoms, avoid multiple partners, do not douche or use scented soaps, avoid public toilets. Wear cotton clothes, take care of your hygiene, eat food rich in protein, calcium & minerals. You can take Calcium supplements. Get STD tests done to rule out STI. You may need antibiotics & antivirals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
