sir i m 26 year old male. i have back pain and stifness in neck problem. moreover sometimes my body gets cold and i start sweating. this thing occurs after a long gap of around 5,6 months. i also get lot of gas when i wakeup early morning. this back pain is since 3 year

The most common medical conditions indicated by the symptoms excessive sweating, joint pain, morning joint stiffness, muscle cramps or spasms (painful) and backache in morning including Muscle strain, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Psoriatic arthritis.
You should take follow precautions for prevent backache in morning.avoid eating spicy foods for dinner, which can raise the body temperature and cause night sweats. Eating before bed and during the night is generally a bad idea for men suffering from night sweats; digestion raises body temperature, which can lead to night sweats. The Sleep Disorders Guide also advises men to avoid acidic foods, like pickles, citrus fruits and tomatoes, and white sugar.
Refrain from drinking alcohol or hot beverages before bed, both of which can cause a rise in body temperature.
Keep straight posture at night or whole day.
Take proper protein rich diet.
Do exercise for backache in early morning.
Drink plenty of fluids properly.
