Suggest Treatment For Asthma And Post Nasal Drip In An Elderly Person

I m in great health(51) but struggle to catch my breath in a high impact cardio workout. Been doing it for 2 years and thought I d get better at it as time passes. Been coughing up flem for a few years now especially in the a.m. And wondering if it may be asthma or some other lung related issue. If I need to see a doctor what kind? My primary care doctor didn t think it was anything serious and gave be something for post nasal drip.

what you are getting is bronchial asthma. it is dyspnoea due to cardiac insufficiency. consult cardiologist for your fitness of doingcardioworkout. take ECG and gowithit to cardiologist.
