Hello, I have anxiety and I am only a kid. Please help. I really want to stop having anxiety, I am anxious about my heart. Is my heart healthy? It doesn't hurt or anything, but I always think about my heart being unhealthy and it might stop one day. Well, I want to live a long happy life but I don't want to live long with anxiety! What can I do to make it go away?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Don't worry. You are a kid. Kids do have anxiety problems when they learn about life and its uncertainties. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. But everyone do know they have no control over such future events and therefore it is futile to think and worry about them. Secondly, nobody has enough time to think about it. Thirdly everyone are busy living, there is no other alternative except living properly.
As a kid, your duty is to study and play. That is all. Concentrate on those and leave the thinking part to your parents. Such an attitude should keep your anxiety away.
