Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder

I recently went through Detox off prescription Benzodiazaphines. I have panic anxiety disorder, And am having severe anxiety, and can't sleep. I am 7 days out of detox. In the past, I would take a zanax. Not an option now. Is to safe to take OTC such as ZzzQuil. Should I list meds I take?

hi, i think if u didn't take tablet since 7 days than no any requirement to take tab for anxiety. i will suggest u that take tab.zapiz(0.5) only five tablet with when u fill anxiety first take deep breath and try to relax your self. if not controlled than take tab. or start psychotherapy for that.
