Suggest Treatment For Antibiotic Resistant Streptococcus Infection

I have been dealing with getting rid of strep that is resistant to antibiotic. it’s been two weeks with it now. Tonight I looked at my throat did the first time as my sore throat hasn’t improved much, and I noticed if I stick my tongue way out, the skin behind my tonsils on both sides is white? I’ve never noticed that before. I’m wondering if that’s a sign something more serious is going on. These aren’t spots, stones, goo, it literally looks like the skin beneath/behind my tonsils has turned white.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have developed tonsillar membrane in the throat .
It may be caused by streptococcus or diphtheria or vincent angina or infectious mononucleosis or apthous ulcers or leukemia etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
