Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain
I twisted my ankle 6 days ago. There was minimal bruising, but still sewlling and pain to walk. I sometimes am having pain in the arch of my foot and a pain that goes from the ankle up the backside of my leg. Do I need to see a dr or wait more time to see if it gets better?
