Suggest Treatment For Anal Pain
I had anal pain i had to scratch it hard and it itches very badly There are hairs and i dont know whats the main issue Hairs , fissure , rash or what I m very confused sometimes it bleed also I have used hadensa and fucidin h but no permanent solution i found

I think it's time you should see gastroenterologist. He/she will get anal area examined, will run anoscopy to see the changes. Perhaps you might need fecal analysis to rule out constipation and/or intestinal parasites/candida overgrowth. Meanwhile, I advise to keep well anal hygiene.
