Treat for anal fissure consist of surgery. Meanwhile, I suggest you avoid irritants to the skin, such as scented soaps or bubble baths. Get treatment for chronic constipation or ongoing diarrhoea. Sitz baths, or hip baths, can promote healing of an anal fissure.
