Suggest Treatment For Anal Itching And Burning

I am 25 year boy working in software industry in Bangalore India. MY weight is 96 and height is 6.3.I have serious burning sensation in anal opening while passing faeces. I eat chicken and drink whisky regularly and also smokig. No blood is getting discharged as of now. But while passing faeces it burns too much and i feel like there is some scratch/boils in the anal opening which is causing this. Sometimes while walkin i feel to itch it. Can you pls suggest some medicines which is available in Bangalore india

You might be having an anal fissure.
Apply 0.2 % GTN and lignocaine ointment before defecation. Drink lots of fluids. Avoid constipation. Eat high fiber diet.
