Hello!
Thank you for trusting HCM!

Fissures due to anal muscle spasm lead to pain during defecation. Eat high fiber diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use local muscle relaxant like Dilzem gel, use syrp Duphalac 30ml at night.

If symptoms persist, you need a local botox injection to relieve spasm. Best treatment is surgery (lateral sphincterotomy), which will relieve problem. Please consult your surgeon. He will examine and decide the correct treatment for you.

Take care
