What Medication Is Suggested For Ovarian Cyst Of 7cm?

i am 51 years old had hysterectomy 6 years ago. ultrasound on saturday showed had ovarian cyst 7cm. back pain lower abdo pain and extreme tiredness. ALT raised and ESR on previous blood work. mum had breast cancer sister had bowel cancer. should i be concerned ?

Hi,

Yes, I think that this is a matter of concern. I would suggest you first have a ca 125 report done to exclude if the cyst is cancerous or not. Then I think that the best option will be a laparotomy and removal of cyst.
