Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Nose

hi i have a small sack of skin inside one nasal passage just visible when i look up my nostril it moves as i breath in and out just noticed it. i have a little cold and mucus cough that im getting better from, but the little fleshy sack in my nose is worrying

Hi,

The most common cause I can think about are one of the following:
- Can be a mucus blob as they say and may be blown out easily by blocking the other nostril
- Since you can see it not the colour. If white then may be a blob but if pink or so then can be hypertrophied turbinate or an abscess with no pressure hence no pain or tenderness
- In such a case consult your doctor, preferably an ENT surgeon for endoscopy and get a prescription based medicines depending upon the clinical diagnosis and may be added investigations
- Take care and do not over-do anything at home as this may cause complications
