hello
PCOS in a disorder which is not curative it has got long term complications also. people who are having this will have insulin resistance so your body can not use glucose (ovaries also) so ovaries can not convert the male hormones released by adrenal gland to female hormones so increased androgens lead to acne male pattern hair hair loss and brownish discolouration in some parts so best way to treat this is control androgen level in the body all other treatment are symptomatic only so rather to treat the individual symptoms best way to treat as my opinion is to treat insulin resistance which can be best done by METFROMIN . other complications of PCOS can also be combated with metformin
thanking you have any question or previous reports feel free to ask me
