Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux And Vomiting

Hi ,my husband has been having some issues with a suspected ulcer,he was workink a couple weeks ago and his breast bone started hurting,and thought his back/ribs were out so he went to the chiropractor,in the time he went to see the chiropractor he has had pain in breast bone, acid reflux, and throws up when he eats certain foods,he says it hurts to swallow.He has been to his regular doctor and he prescribed Dexilant for acid reflux,he has been on it for about a week,the stomach acid has calmed down but still has pain in breastbone area andstill is getting sick,it not everytime he eats just once in a while.I would like to hear what you think.Thank you for your time.My e mail is YYYY@YYYY

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.avoid spicy foods.
2.avoid alcohol,smoking,weed intake.
3.take omeprazole tablets twice daily in a day.
4.you may need upper GI endoscopy.
