Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Nausea

I have pretty bad abdominal pain with mild diahrrea and nausea. I feel like i have to vomit, but have not. my bowels are making noise; presumably no blockage. came on suddenly about seven hours ago; am recuperating from a cold and often have upset stomach w/ post-nasal drip, but usually not this bad. i don t particularly want to go to the hospital, but the pain is pretty bad. what do you think = hospital, or wait a few hours for urgent care? Hello. You may be having gastro-enteritis. You can take tablet flagyl three times a day for 3 days and take lot of fluids. Take coconut ater, fruit juice, ORS solution etc. Keep hydrated. Moreover take steps to prevent gastritis

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
