General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Seems to be secondary lymph node enlargement following bacterial or viral infection of the eyelid.
* My guidelines at present

- consult your doc for prescription of antibiotics as cephalosporin or penicillin
- the splashing of the eyes with cold water 3 times a day
- keep the bump areas clean with antiseptic liquid and apply polymycin cream 3 times a day
- tablet Paracetamol (500 mg) 3 times a day after meals Cetrizine (10 mg) 2 times a day for primary relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
