Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Collar Bone

i have a small lump on my collar bone with some neck and shoulder pain doesen,t always hurt and some discomfort on the top of my shoulder with a light shooting pain down my right arm some days it is worse then others been there about a month or so . the lump is right under my thyroid gland and is visable

Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

It needs to be evaluated in detail as it seems to be compressing at the nerves plexus which supplies the upper limb or arm on that side. It can be done with an ultrasound of the swelling and may also need to have biopsy of the swelling to diagnose the nature of swelling and may need excision of the swelling surgically. Until than yiu can use OTC pain killers.
