Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Breast

I found a lump on the left breast under the top of the areola. I first noticed it about four mouths ago and it was the size of a pea. Now it has grown to the size of a grape and hard and does not move. It does not hurt and no nipple discharge. Should I be worried?
