Hello,

As the history indicates that you had a fall and that too over the hip I suspect it to be nerve entrapment in the lumbar spine. Taking up an MRI should be good. As numbness and tingling pain is indicative of nerve entrapment.

Once you take an MRI please provide the reports. For then, doing exercises for the core, spine stability and lower limb strengthening should give you results.

In my clinical experience of 12 years, most cases of fall reported are suspected to have disc injury. They respond well to exercise program.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
