Suggest Treatment For A Defect In The Eye Post Facial Palsy

Hi,
I had suffered from Facial palsy 3 years back. At that time my eye was severly damaged like it ahd become all red and smaller due to exposure.
I am fine now but the affected eye remains to be weak and often becomes smaller . Is this permanent problem or I can deal with it

only problem with facial palsy is expo user keratitis. if it is not taken care of then cornea is effected. with physiotherapy and treatment other problem should go. what is your age now. all movement like fore head wrinkle, mastication, blinking exercises should be done. tab neurobion forte and mild steroid course with tapering may betaken if it does not improve then consult neurologist lid closer is to be specialty seen. if lacking then artificial tear drop should be used.
