Hi
I have gone through your report.dont worry it wont take you to infertile.we call cyst ,when size is > or equal to 3cm.2.5 cm cyst in right ovary is follicular cyst.it is normal follicle that is growing.usually it ruptures and releases ovum.if you have doubts or to confirm this, review the scan after your periods.usually it will disappear.if you are planning for pregnancy, go for follicular study and plan accordingly.
thank you
regards
