Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, I would suggest a couple of courses of hormones to regularize the menstrual cycles. If insulin resistance is also detected as in most cases, use of Metformin is going to be helpful. Simultaneously, whatever hormone imbalances are detected, have to be managed through appropriate supplementation. Maintenance of a healthy BMI, regular exercise and a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables is useful in maintaining proper hormone balance. To treat heavy bleeding, you also need styptics. Hope this information is useful. Wish you good health.
