Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Ovarian Cyst

I am 23 years old. I have my mentrual cycles between a cycle of 29 to 32 days. Period lasts for 6 days but the bleeding is very heavy. The ultrasound resulted in very small cysts in the left ovary with pcod. And my lower left abdomen aches sometimes. Is there any way by which the bleeding can be reduced to normal, as i always have problem during my office hours and have to be very careful of stains? Should i have trapic mf everytime i have periods? Is there any other way out? Please help.
