Suggest Treatment For HIV

I am a 37 year old woman with HIV. I got surgery on March 25 to remove part of my cervix from displasia and a tubal. My right eye has been twitching for the last two weeks and I am having severe pain in my right ovary as of yesterday and all day today. A sharp stabbing pain that comes and goes. Eye twitching increases when the pain comes. Is this normal? Am I just healing?

I guess you need to take full course of antibiotics for your ovarian pain under your gynecologist . An USG lower abdomen is also warranted
