lowering cortisol can be at least helped by switching to a whole foods, anti-inflammatory foods diet, reducing stress levels, and changing the level of exercise and physical activity.
Best to take Foods rich in vitamin B, Potassium, Magnesium and calcium.
intake of high protein food helps burst stress naturally and keeps active.
