Suggest The Cause For Increase In Pvc

My pvc s increase after I lift some weights at the gym. However, I do not have them if I do aerobic or bicycle even for an hour. After having stress test and cardiac ultrasound, the cardiologist prescribed low dose Acebutolol 200 mg. I still have them sometimes specially after the gym. I stopped caffeine and tobacco. Should I have an angiogram? I do not have chest pains or shortness of breath. I ve had them even when I was young. However, now I have them more often.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

If you have normal stress test and cardiac ultrasound, no chest pain or breathlessness, then angiography is not recommended.
I would advise you to do more aerobic exercise, as it is good for cardiovascular system, and follow healthy lifestyle, avoid lifting heavy weights and everything will be fine. Some PVCs are not dangerous.

Wishing you good health
