Suggest Survival Chances In Prostate Cancer Patients With An Infected Lymph Node

my dad was recenlty diagnosed with prostrate cancer. He is 55 with a PSA level of 9. He removed the entire prostrate gland and the doctor scraped the nearby walls to ensure that the entire cancer was removed. He followed with radiation treatment. However, after his 4 month followup his PSA increased and now the scan shows that one of the lymph nodes is infected. The doc has put him on hormone therapy plus injections (ELLIGARD) to be taken quarterly for a year. Is he going to survive or is it too late?
