Hi Doc, I have been going through acute hair fall problem for last one year..ever since i moved from Delhi to Mumbai. I ensure that my diet is rich in all the vital nutrients and I do exercise regularly. I am not able to figure out the reason for the fall. I dont have thyroid or any hormonal problem. My hair fall is from the root. Can you please suggest a very good supplement for strengthening hair root.
