Suggest Solution For Pain In Hip Area.

Hello, I am a 28 year old male, in healthy condition. I was diagnosed with lyme disease last year and have been having pain in my right hip area. I am a truck driver that requires me to climb up and down off the bed of the truck. I jumped from the bed of the truck to the ground and I am unable to sit or bear weight on that particular side. There is no deformity, swelling or bruising; only, bruise 'feeling' deep in the hip area. I have very muscular legs so I am unsure if I should see a doctor. Although, at 2 years of age I had braces on both legs to turn my legs foward, (picture Forest Gump). I am allergic to NSAIDS and have done ice, tylenol, stretching, and rest and nothing seems to help the pain???
