Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Thank you for your query on HCM.
I understand your concern.
Leon ( Levofloxacin) is a good antibiotic for Sinusitis. Meftal is mefenamic acid can precipitate wheezing since you have asthma. Also there is the risk of drug interaction between Levofloxacin and Mefenamic acid in the form of Central Nervous System stimulation or seizure.
What I would suggest is to replace Meftal with paracetamol to avoid the risk of complications.
If you have further queries, you can find me on the HCM web site.
Wish you a quick recovery.
Dr. Noble Zachariah
