Suggest Remedy To Stop Bleeding Due To Rupture Of Ovarian Cyst

Hi,I had an ovarian cyst that was 7cm rupture on my left ovary. I was in extreme pain. I went to the doctor 8 hours after it ruptured and they said it was down to 2cm. It was a mix of blood and fluid, and I apparently had a lot of fluid in my abdominal and pelvic area. I had novasure ablation 5 years ago, with no menstraul periods since then. Since my rupture 2 1/2 weeks ago, I am still having uterine cramping that feels like cramping as well as contractions. (I m assuming there is some blood trapped in my uterus and can t get out from the ablation. I went to the ER two nights ago due to bad cramping because I was scared to death after what I went through with the rupture. I m not sure where to go from here besides trying birth control pills.

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) I will suggest you to get USG done to confirm current situation of uterus and ovaries.

3 ) For the time being, you can use Tab Calpol 650 mg as needed for the pain.

4 ) If blood or fluid is still present around the uterus I will suggest a week long course of broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for a week. Tab Emanzen D twice a day for 5 days.

5 ) If some fluid or blood is present in the uterus then your doctor might suggest you dilatation of cervix to drain it out.
