Hi sir im producing sperms for past 6 years .atleast 4 times in a week. now i have stopped it and im having some problems if im too close to my girl automatically sperm are leaking.and i cant able feel her kiss something bothers me .give me some instruction and tell me that whether i will face any problem regarding this

I think it is due to excessive indulgence in sex/masturbation,you should get into a healthy relationship with some1 you love & then try intercourse,if it persists visit a psychiatrist for treating premature ejaculation.
