Also , reducing salt intake can prevent side effects associated with fluid retention. Watching fat and calorie intake can help to prevent weight gain.
Many people who are on steroids experience
insomnia ,as it is one of its common side effect. Some people have found over-the-counter remedies such as aspirin, ibuprophen,
diphenhydramine (
Benedryl), Simply Sleep by Tylenol , or acetominophen with diphenhydramine (Tylenol PM) to be helpful. But as these are prescription medicines , you should consult your physician before taking them.
