Hi,

Both testosterone and estradiol have effect of rise in blood pressure. The necessity of the hormones and their side effects on blood pressure need to be weighed before starting or withdrawing the hormones. An endocrinologist is a better judge to decide it. Your main problem seems to be raised blood pressure and its effects on heart, swelling on body and breathlessness. You should take it up sincerely to follow a cardiologist advise about medication, change in lifestyle, dietary restrictions. It will help you to get rid of the problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
