Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholinitis, inflammation or infection of bartholin glands present on side of vagina. It is better to have a local examination by gynecologist to confirm it.You can give warm compress with towel on the area for soothing.I advise antibiotics like clindamycin in my patients. If there is any abscess i recommend incision and drainage.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
