Wakes up with diarrhea every morning, nausea, can not maintain weight, Endoscopy a few years ago was gatritis carditis, wants to know what it is... With the history your have provided, all the symptoms are suggestive of gastritis and pancreatitis may be with pseudocyst of pancreas that gives this throbbing after food. This will be a transmitted pulsations of the abdominal aorta through the full stomach. Endoscopy a few years back is of no use for the present situation. I would advise you the following: Fresh upper GI Endoscopy Ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan to prove the positive findings. Tests of blood, urine and stool. These along with a clinical evaluation by a Doctor will give the proper diagnosis and proper management of your problems.
