Suggest Remedy For Stiff Knee With Tightness At Knee Joint

Hello, 2 months ago my knee suffered overuse from sport and since then hasnt come right. I have been to the doctor who has said I may have a small tear in my meniscus and a physio who suspects I have a posterior horn tear. Both professionals have conflicting solutions to get my full range of movement back so I am at a cross road now of not knowing what to do. My symptoms came on the next day after I was playing sport and they were stiffness of the knee, unable to fully bend/flex my knee, swellling and tightness. I was still able to walk it was just very uncomfortable. My physio gave me ultrasound treatment and acupuncture - both provided only temporary relief. I rested my leg for 2 weeks with no physical activity however this seemed to make it worse and it would stiffen up quite badly.I have since kept exercising it and now there is only intermittent tightness at the knee joint. Please help

It doesn't matter now what type of injury do you have, what matters now is the treatment. Your physio is giving you good rehabilitation treatment. Besides this you can take medication
Tablet nuberol forte (paracetamol + orphenadrine) 1×PO×BD
Voltral (diclofenac) gel × BD
Use knee brace and keep it warm. Knee ligament or meniscal takes long to recover.
