OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Sore and swollen vaginal lips can be due to vaginal or vulvar infection, or due to atopic dermatitis( which can occur due to new toilet paper or panty liner)..
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
In the meantime, you can take any antihistamine like cetrizine to stop further allergic reaction, if present.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health
