Suggest Remedy For Skin Discoloration In The Toes

Hello, I have had corns on both pinky toes for decades, since I was a child. I am able to remove the thick skin by soaking and shaving, however the skin discoloration remains and never goes away. Is there a remedy to restore the skin to normal color? Thanks
