Suggest Remedy For Sinus Problem
I have been having sinus problems for the last 5 years. Every morning without fail my sinuses clog up and cause me to either sneeze for 10 minutes or just constantly make me have to blow my nose. If I blow too much one of my sinuses with plug up (even though I can still breathe through it) and it causes my teeth to go numb on whatever side plugged up. After a couple hours of mind numbing pain I can hear the sinus pop and drain and then the pressure goes away. I have been sent to an ENT and unless it is happening the moment I see the doctor, he cant see anything so therefore nothing is prescribed and he has no idea what the problem is. Any ideas?

If your ENT didn't see any major problem, then probably nothing so serious. But yes your suffering can't be ignored and some queries need to be answered viz; do you have allergy to any material or atmosphere or some specific climatic condition?
Did you have any associated symptoms &/or other medical condition? How old are you?
General advise: don't try to clear nose by force until and unless you are sure that you can clear your nose by mild blow only, and that too without plugging any of the nose. Take steam inhalation at least 15 minutes twice a day.
