Hi,

Severe left-side stomach and back pain after eating could be due to various reasons, such as inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), a stomach ulcer, gallbladder disease, or even kidney stones. It is important to consult a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Meanwhile, some home remedies that may help alleviate the pain include:
* Applying heat: Placing a heating pad or a warm towel on the affected area can help to reduce pain and discomfort.
* Avoiding trigger foods: Certain foods may worsen the pain, such as spicy or fatty foods, alcohol, and caffeine. Avoiding these foods may help to reduce symptoms.
* Over-the-counter pain relievers: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, can help to reduce inflammation and pain. However, these should be used with caution, especially if you have a history of stomach ulcers or kidney disease.
* Eating smaller meals: Eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day can help to reduce pressure on the digestive system and ease symptoms.
* Drinking plenty of fluids: Staying hydrated can help to flush out any toxins that may be causing pain and discomfort.

It is important to note that these remedies are not a substitute for medical treatment, and consulting a doctor is recommended to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
