Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Severe pain 2 days after the cyst removal can be due to infection, any haemorrhage or inadvertent ligation of any nerve or artery.
You need to get properly examined and investigated to confirm the cause.
I would suggest you to consult your operating surgeon as soon as possible so that you can be properly treated and any complication is avoided.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
