Suggest Remedy For Severe Diarrhea
I have had a constant movement in my abdomen that sounds like gas bubbles if u put ur hand right above my belly button u can feel the movement and diarrhea for 2 days that has been NO volume at all its pretty much water ive went probably 35-40 times n 2 days i dont know if i should be worried

First do stool examination, presence of ova indicate parasitic infection.
Fat in stool can because of malabsorption syndrom.
Most common is gastritis because of any infection of bacteria or other.
After doning that examinations still don't diagnose than do colonoscopy.
Irritable bowel syndrome also be ruled out.
Take electrolyte supplement for rehydration of body.
Infection condition start antibiotics under doctor 's suggetion.
