Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gasteroenteritis or food poisoning. Do you had any food from outside? Usually this will be self limiting. Only treatment required is adequate fluid and electrolyte replenishment according to loss. You can take ORS , tender coconut water and fruit juices. You can eat bananas or rice with curd also. If there is no improvement then stool routine examination will be required and you might need antibiotics in case of infection. In such case you should approach your GP.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
